The Summer vibes Power Thruster 3-Fin Set – Large (Future Compatible) is built for surfers chasing strong, powerful turns with maximum hold, drive and control in everyday Aussie conditions. Designed for surfers who put force through their rail, this fin set delivers speed, stability and projection when you push hard off the bottom or lay into a carving turn.

These fins stand at 4.7 inches in height and use premium honeycomb fibreglass construction, providing stiffness through the base and controlled flex through the tip. This gives heavier or more powerful surfers the perfect blend of drive, hold and release. Best suited to riders approximately 80–100 kg+, or anyone wanting extra control underfoot.

The template features a wide base for acceleration and a refined tip for responsive direction changes, helping you maintain speed down the line while still being able to snap tight through the pocket.

This set is Future Compatible, fitting straight into any Summer vibes softboard using single-tab Future-style fin boxes (all Summer vibes softboards are Future Compatible). It's a significant upgrade from standard plastic fins, offering a more solid, responsive and performance-driven feel in a wide range of conditions.

Summer vibes hardware has a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Normal wear, accidental damage and misuse are not manufacturing defects.

Summer vibes is an independent, Australian-owned surf business run by Branchy. He designs and tests Summer vibes boards and hardware in Gold Coast surf conditions, and helps customers choose their gear personally. We also stock selected products from other brands.

Where are you based, and can I collect my order?

We’re based at Snapper Rocks on the Gold Coast. Eligible order pickup is from our fulfilment warehouse at GC3PL, 14 Hawker Street, Currumbin Waters.

We don’t currently have a walk-in shop, although many stores nationwide stock our gear.

Choose pickup at checkout when offered, then wait for collection confirmation. Contact us to confirm warehouse hours before travelling.

Our boards and hardware are designed and tested on the Gold Coast. We partner with experienced, family-owned manufacturers—specialists in their respective fields, with more than 20 years of surfboard and accessory manufacturing expertise.
