SHIPPING

We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving an order using express couriers such as Direct Freight or AusPost. Upon dispatch, you will be sent a tracking number for your items, (which will be shipped with ATL - Authority to Leave), so please ensure that you track the items to ensure safe delivery. Please let us know any special instructions (eg Leave at front door)..

BULKY ITEMS (boards)

We try extremely hard to minimise your postage costs. However please note that for 2026 ALL COURIERS are now adding the below upcharges in addition to their base rates. We share these costs with you 50/50 to help save you $$, so the cost you see at checkout is generally HALF of the actual cost to us.

• All couriers apply a 16% Fuel surcharge to ALL orders
• Boards 4'-7' attract a $30 oversized charge
• Boards over 7' attract a $50 oversized charge
