We use fast, tracked couriers and work hard to keep delivery costs down for you. Your delivery options and final shipping cost are shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order ship?
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
We'll send you a tracking number when your order is on its way. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier.
Free delivery offers in Australia
- Hardware-only orders: free delivery when you spend A$60 or more on qualifying hardware.
- Boards: free shipping available with a minimum purchase.
Eligible offers are confirmed at checkout for your order and delivery address.
Receiving your order
Orders are sent with authority to leave, so the courier may leave your parcel without a signature. Please include any delivery instructions when ordering and follow your tracking updates so you know when it arrives.
New Zealand and international delivery
Shipping rates and any eligible delivery offers are calculated at checkout for your destination. The Australian offers above apply to Australian deliveries only.
