Hi guys, Branchy here. Some questions I often get asked are below — and if I haven't covered yours, just shoot me a message.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship within 24hrs of receiving your order. If there's a delay, we'll let you know. During peak holiday periods we may run a touch slower with the increased volume — but we do everything we can to get you in the water fast.

How much is postage?
We use Australia's lowest cost, fastest couriers to get your gear to your door. Bulky items like surfboards may attract a charge. Add the product to cart, enter your address at checkout, and you'll see the exact shipping cost. If something looks off, reach out and we'll sort it. For surfboard deliveries we prefer business addresses where possible — keeps your board safer on arrival.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship from Australia worldwide — New Zealand, Indonesia, Japan, USA and beyond. Enter your address at checkout for a quote. Some countries get expensive, and surfboards are not possible to ship internationally. For anything else, ask us via the contact form.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes — if you're on the Gold Coast and you select pickup at checkout, you can collect from our partner fulfilment centre, GC3PL, at 14 Hawker St, Currumbin Waters. Hit us via the contact form for warehouse times.

Can I choose the carrier?
We ship with our own selection of premium carriers so we can guarantee your gear arrives in good time. Tracking is sent the moment we dispatch.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?
Most small items, yes. Bulky items like surfboards, no. Ask us via the contact form if you're not sure.

How can I track my order?
Tracking is sent the moment we dispatch. Items go 'Authority to leave', so make sure someone's home or contact the courier to make a plan.

I haven't received a confirmation email?
Check your junk folder first. If you've been charged and there's still nothing, message us at contact@summervibes.com.au.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
ShopPay, Visa, MasterCard, AfterPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you offer AfterPay?
Yes.

Can I pay in cash if I collect my order?
Not currently. Contact us if you've got a specific request and we'll see what we can do.

Can I purchase a gift card?
Not at this time, but contact us if you'd like one and we'll see what we can do.

Trade & Wholesale

Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?
Yes — we work with surf schools, hire fleets, hotels, resorts, therapy programs and retailers. Contact us with your needs and we'll come back with pricing and lead times.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranties

Can I return my order?
If you're not satisfied, you have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging, plus your receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I get a refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method automatically. Sale items and gift cards aren't eligible.

Can I track my order?

Can I exchange what I purchased for something else?
The fastest way is to return your item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

What is the warranty on boards?
We warrant our boards to be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days. This does not cover exposure, shipping or wear & tear. Full warranty policy here.

What is the warranty on hardware & accessories?
1 year free of manufacturing defects. Doesn't cover excessive exposure, force, shipping or wear & tear. Full warranty policy here.

My order was damaged during shipping — is this covered?
Shipping damage isn't a manufacturer issue, so it's not covered under warranty. That said — we want you stoked. Email us and we'll work with you and the shipper to sort it.

What isn't covered under warranty?
Anything outside our control after manufacturing — exposure, shipping, wear & tear. Full warranty policy here.
