We aim to ship within 24hrs of receiving your order. If there is a delay we will contact you and notify you of any changes. During peak holiday periods we may have a slight delay with increased orders but we do our best to get you in the water as soon as possible.
Every order ships with the lowest-cost, fastest option available for what you’ve bought and where it’s going. Surf hardware — fins, leashes, traction, boardbags, wax and the like — is a flat $9.99 Australia-wide and ships free on orders over $60. Boards are bulky, so board shipping is priced by size and destination: add the board to your cart and enter your address at checkout to see the exact charge before you pay. Tip: add $80 of hardware to a board order and the board ships free too. For surfboard deliveries we prefer a business address so your board is safe after drop-off.
We ship from Australia to all around the world, including New Zealand, Indonesia, Japan, USA. Please enter your address details at checkout to see a quote. Note that some countries are extremely expensive. Also shipping Surfboards international is not possible. Feel free to ask us for a quote using our contact form on our website.
Yes, if you reside on the Gold Coast and have selected to pick up your order, you can pick up from our partner fulfilment centre at GC3PL at 14 Hawker St, Currumbin Waters. Please work with us to find out our best available warehouse times using the contact form on our website.
Yes we can ship most small items to a PO Box. Bulky items may not be possible. Feel free to check with us using the contact form on our website.
We provide tracking as soon as we dispatch so you can follow progress to your door. Items are sent ‘Authority to leave’ so please ensure you are home to receive, or contact the deliverer to make a plan.
