Regional and remote addresses
Boards are big parcels, and couriers don't deliver them to every regional or remote address. If you're outside a major town or city, please contact us before you order so we can check that we can get it to you.
If our couriers can't deliver to your address, we may have to cancel your order. If that happens, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
Pick up, tracking and international
Local pickup
Choose local pickup at checkout to collect from our warehouse partner in Currumbin on the Gold Coast.
Tracking
We email your tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Parcels may be left at your door, so add a note at checkout if you'd rather they weren't.
International
Hardware and smaller items ship to New Zealand and overseas at the rate shown at checkout. We can't send boards or anything longer than 105cm overseas.
Shipping FAQs
How much is shipping on a softboard?
Boards up to 6'8" are $29 to QLD, NSW, VIC and the ACT, and $49 to WA, SA, NT and TAS. Boards 7'0" and longer are $49 to the east coast and $69 to WA, SA, NT and TAS.
Is there free shipping?
Yes. Surf hardware such as leashes, fins, traction and wax ships free on orders of $60 or more. Skateboards ship free over $100.
Do you deliver to regional and remote areas?
Hardware goes almost anywhere in Australia. Boards can't always reach regional or remote addresses, so please contact us before ordering a board to one. If our couriers can't deliver, we may have to cancel the order and we'll refund you in full.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout to collect from our warehouse partner in Currumbin on the Gold Coast.
Do you ship boards overseas?
No. We can't send boards or anything longer than 105cm overseas. Hardware ships to New Zealand and other countries at the rate shown at checkout.
