The Summer vibes Power Thruster Fins Large 4.7" – FCSii Compatible are built for surfers who want maximum drive, hold and power in their turns. With a strong, forceful template, this fin set suits surfers who push hard on rail and want confident control in punchy beach breaks and longer point waves.

At 4.7 inches in height and constructed from premium fibreglass, these fins offer a stiff, positive and highly reactive feel. Ideal for surfers approx. 80–100 kg+, they deliver strong projection, excellent bite and enhanced stability at higher speeds.

The wide, drive-loaded base generates acceleration and hold through turns, while the refined tip provides controlled release, responsiveness and smooth transitions when pushed hard in the pocket.

These fins are FCSii Compatible, fitting all Summer vibes thruster softboards and any board that uses the FCSii two-tab fin system. Compared to basic composite fins, the Power Thruster offers significantly more speed, strength, control and overall performance.

Summer vibes hardware has a 12-month guarantee against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, for the original purchaser with proof of purchase. Normal wear, accidental damage and misuse are not manufacturing defects.

Summer vibes is an independent, Australian-owned surf business run by Branchy. He designs and tests Summer vibes boards and hardware in Gold Coast surf conditions, and helps customers choose their gear personally. We also stock selected products from other brands.

Where are you based, and can I collect my order?

We’re based at Snapper Rocks on the Gold Coast. Eligible order pickup is from our fulfilment warehouse at GC3PL, 14 Hawker Street, Currumbin Waters.

We don’t currently have a walk-in shop, although many stores nationwide stock our gear.

Choose pickup at checkout when offered, then wait for collection confirmation. Contact us to confirm warehouse hours before travelling.

Our boards and hardware are designed and tested on the Gold Coast. We partner with experienced, family-owned manufacturers—specialists in their respective fields, with more than 20 years of surfboard and accessory manufacturing expertise.
