This reinforced wheeled travel cover features premium heavy-duty wheels, a 10mm thick high-density padding system, rear scuff plate for drag protection, and internal padded dividers + internal padded secure tie-down system to lock your boards in place.

Constructed from 420D Polyester and Flat Weave PE Tarpaulin, it's lightweight yet incredibly tough — ideal for airline handling and international surf missions. External compression straps help minimise bulk and keep everything tight and secure.

keep your gear fresh — a few simple habits

rinse after every surf. fresh water. a 60-second rinse saves gear for years.

dry in the shade, store cool. direct hot sun can delaminate darker boards. keep boards in their cover, flat or on racks — leaning on soft fins can warp them.

check your leash & fins often. look at the swivel, string and plug screws. a tired leash or a loose fin will ruin a good wave and can cost a lot more than a wipeout.

wax it right. base coat first, then top coat in small circles. when it gets grubby, strip it off with a wax comb (or park in the sun for 10 min) and start fresh.

Start with your board, not the bag label. Find a size and shape to suit, then check the full fit before you head out.

How do I check the width and shape?

Measure your board across its widest point. Also check nose width, tail width and thickness. Published bag widths describe the cover itself, so a board at that same width may not fit once its thickness is included. For board and travel covers, nose and tail widths are measured 12″ (30.5 cm) in from each end. Send us your board’s measurements if the fit is close.

Fish, Mini Mal, longboard or wide softboard?

Start with the Funboard Board Cover for a Fish, Mini Mal or any wider nose. Choose the Longboard Board Cover for rounder-nose longboards. Bulky 9′ soft longboards need the Wide Softboard / SUP Cover; a standard Longboard cover may match their length but not their volume. The Glider / Gun Board Cover and Nipper Board Bag have their own shapes.

How do I choose a travel bag?

The Multi Board Travel Covers and the Wheely Travel Cover suit shortboards, Fish, mid-lengths and Mini Mals. Measure the longest board. Capacity depends on board thickness and packing.
