Which softboard size suits me?

Start with your weight, ability and the waves you want to surf, then compare this model’s dimensions and volume above. Length alone doesn’t tell you how stable or easy to paddle a board will feel.

What’s included, and what else do I need?

Standard fins are included with your softboard. Check this model’s construction and fin system in its product details before choosing an upgrade; not all softboards use the same system.

A leash, wax and boardbag are separate unless listed in a pack. Choose a leash at least as long as the board. Check bag length and width—some wider or longer softboards won’t fit the available bags.

What warranty and returns terms apply?

Who is Summer vibes?

Summer vibes is an independent, Australian-owned surf business run by Branchy. He designs and tests Summer vibes boards and hardware in Gold Coast surf conditions, and helps customers choose their gear personally. We also stock selected products from other brands.

Where are you based, and can I collect my order?

We’re based at Snapper Rocks on the Gold Coast. Eligible order pickup is from our fulfilment warehouse at GC3PL, 14 Hawker Street, Currumbin Waters.

We don’t currently have a walk-in shop, although many stores nationwide stock our gear.

Choose pickup at checkout when offered, then wait for collection confirmation. Contact us to confirm warehouse hours before travelling.

Who makes our gear?

Our boards and hardware are designed and tested on the Gold Coast. We partner with experienced, family-owned manufacturers—specialists in their respective fields, with more than 20 years of surfboard and accessory manufacturing expertise.

How do I protect my new board?

Keep your softboard away from hot cars and prolonged direct sun, which can damage the foam and laminated surfaces. Rinse after use and let it dry before storage.

Some riders prefer a light coat of suitable softboard wax for extra grip. Follow the care and construction guidance for your particular model.
